ENG Phyrtual.org is a website dedicated to social innovation, that is, innovation driven by the motivation to improve the lives of all and, particularly, the lives of disadvantaged citizens of society. Phyrtual is interactive, configurable and evolutionary and seeks to empower people and communities through the pursuit of suitable blends of knowledge, wisdom, arts, positive emotions and values, community building (social networking) and supporting instrumentation for all these aspects.

Phyrtual intends to be an environment favouring the individual and collective growth of positive human traits in the “battlefield” of humanity. It is an environment where empowerment and unity goes hand in hand, acknowledging that:

Empowerment is the will and ability of people to shape their own future through the release of their creative and innovative energies. Phyrtual pursues empowerment for all and, particularly, the weakest sectors of the population.

Unity is the will and ability of people to learn and work together to multiply the forces of creation, development, diffusion, implementation, and impact of social innovations.

The broad benefit of Phyrtual is to lend support the creation and development of social innovation projects in the world. The specific benefits of visibilità, relations, resources, etc., are not static. They will grow with the growth of the website’s content, people and their relations, and instrumental functionality. It is the typical case of network externalities: the greater the number of people and organizations, the greater the number of relations and contributions and, consequently, the greater the mutual benefits inside the network.

The result is the improvement of social innovation projects and, consequently, improvements in the lives of people and, particularly, the lives of disadvantaged citizens of society. These results are related to the global challenges of the 21st century, for instance, environment, poverty, 21st century education and so on.

ITA Phyrtual.org è un portale dedicato all'innovazione sociale, l’innovazione spinta dal desiderio di migliorare la vita della gente e in particolar modo delle persone più svantaggiate. Phyrtual.org è uno strumento interattivo, configurabile e in continuo sviluppo che mira ad arricchire individui e comunità attraverso l’innovazione sociale basata su un insieme fluido di conoscenze, saggezza, arte, emozioni e valori positivi, sviluppo di comunità e strumenti a sostegno di tutti questi aspetti.

 Phyrtual ambisce a diventare un ambiente che sostiene la crescita individuale e collettiva dei tratti positivi sul "campo di battaglia" dell'umanità, un ambiente dove l’empowerment e l’unità avanzano di pari passo.

 L’Empowerment è la volontà e l’abilità che permette alle persone di plasmare il futuro attraverso le proprie energie creative e innovative. Phyrtual persegue l’empowerment universale e in particolare dei segmenti più svantaggiati della popolazione.

 L’unità è la volontà e l’abilità che permette alle persone di apprendere e lavorare assieme per accrescere la forza creativa, lo sviluppo, la diffusione, l’implementazione e l’impatto dell’innovazione sociale.

 La missione di Phyrtual è sostenere la creazione e lo sviluppo di progetti di innovazione sociale a livello globale. I benefici creati da visibilità, relazioni e risorse non sono statici bensì crescono in parallelo con i contenuti web, la funzionalità degli strumenti, le persone e le loro relazioni. Questo è vero di ogni network: più sono le persone e le organizzazioni, tanto più saranno le relazioni, i contributi e i benefici reciproci.

 Il risultato è il miglioramento dei progetti di innovazione sociale e, di conseguenza, il miglioramento della vita delle persone e in particolar modo delle persone più svantaggiate, un risultato alle sfide globali poste dal 21° secolo: ambiente, povertà, istruzione, ecc.
