AMMP is a passionate and colorful 12 year movement combining the efforts of children and adults worldwide to promote global peace and harmony through mural art.
Art Miles is recognized as a major project in support of UNESCO's International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non Violence Among Children Organizations (2001-2010). Art Miles also concurrently promotes and supports the Millennium Dev
Art Miles is recognized as a major project in support of UNESCO's International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non Violence Among Children Organizations (2001-2010). Art Miles also concurrently promotes and supports the Millennium Dev
elopment Goals (MDGs), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and many other programs and projects that lead to improving and addressing social issues.
Art Miles has:
- Designed, created and painted over 4,000 original murals resulting in over 12 miles of mural art.
- Founded an international intercultural Mural Exchange where students in two different countries and schools join to create one single mural, thereby developing more than 70 country matches.
- Participated in over 150 exhibitions and conferences throughout the world at major museums.
