Save The Earth

Filming every moments of what happens in a nest is a diffucult work. In this time, a group of five chicks of Barn Owl is finished under the spotlight, a nocturnal bird widespread in all continents. The Barn Owl is born with short and soft plumage, but their special facial "mask", which sets them apart, has completed yet. The feathers arranged in a sort of disk are used to intensify the hearing, channeling sound waves to the ear. Infallible predator, Barn Owl is one of the few birds which can hunt in complete darkness.
